Responsibility: ● To act as a customer to do mystery shopping to get insights of agent performance. ● To spot check new agents onboarding to ensure agents are qualified with TrueMoney product and service knowledge, comply with policies, training and other POSM. ● To ensure completion of new replacement for refunded agent location. ● To conduct market research both new and existing agents to find out the pain points, and provide the solutions to meet their specific needs. ● Providing accurate records of visit activities, agent interaction and market insights. ● Working closely with the Sales & Distribution team to ensure alignment on sales strategies and agent performance. ● Assist other ad hoc projects which are assigned by the line manager.
