Accounting & Financial Data Management • Create new Financial Standard Operating Procedure Manual. • Reviewing accounting and financial data ensure it comply with the financial reporting framework. • Ensuring all financial information is recorded completely, promptly and after the necessary authorization. • Prepare and produce Monthly & Yearly Financial Reporting (IS, BS, CF) • Prepare schedule list of fixed assets and ensure that those FA records are occur Clarifying Bank Reconcile Report • Reading the term of debentures and loan agreements and determining whether any breach of terms. • Clarifying cost calculation • Clarifying and tracking stock movement report • Review claim process • Clarifying and Monitoring Account Payable and Other liabilities accounts • Clarifying and Monitoring Account Receivable and Other current asset accounts Clarifying payment documentation • Clarifying a set of revenue documentation • Reconciling, corect error and post adjustment in accounting system • Closing the accounting period. • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned. • Updating and developing accounting process base on change in the company policy. • Conducting new comer orientation system program. • Maintain expertise over accounting operations. Tax Management • Clarifying monthly tax declaration. • Clarifying monthly tax declaration. • Reconciling accounting data with tax record. • Prepare annual income tax budgeted plan • Deal and negotiate with tax officer, tax auditor related to tax audit to reducing/lowdown the figure of tax re-assessment. • Develop, improve or update method and tools for learning that align with business needs in every year.
