About the Role: As HR & Admin Officer at Emario, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our company. Your role will involve managing staff probation status, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, overseeing procurement, and ensuring security within the business area. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: - Manage staff probation status and issue letters of confirmation, failure, or termination as required. - Coordinate and conduct interviews, including scheduling appointments and arranging tests. - Collect and maintain identity documents such as National ID Cards, Family Books, Birth certificates, and NSSF Cards. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HR documentation. - Process new employee documents and submit them to HQ. - Input employees' personal data and verify profiles for changes such as promotion, transfer, or demotion. - Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company. - Monitor daily attendance of both office and operational employees. Administrative: - Prepare documents and submit them to HQ for payroll calculation. - Purchase goods and identify new suppliers to ensure the best price and quality. - Administer procurement of goods and services required for the office. - Manage and control security within the business area. - Prepare daily and monthly security reports. - Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. - Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, and internet usage. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. - Flexibility, dynamism, and ability to make sound judgments. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
