Assessment Reviewer/Officer

### Job Summary: The Assessment Officer will be responsible for evaluating financial assessments, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves collaboration with various departments to provide insights and recommendations based on assessment findings.
### Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial assessments and evaluations for loans, investments, and other financial products. - Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess risks and opportunities. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations on assessment findings for management and stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and data for assessments. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies throughout the assessment process. - Develop and maintain assessment tools, templates, and databases for tracking assessments. - Provide recommendations for improving financial assessment processes and methodologies. - Monitor and analyze industry trends to inform assessment practices. - Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on assessment procedures and best practices.
### Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 2-5 years of experience in financial - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
