Job Summary The Branch Manager shall be responsible for selling Mitsubishi vehicle to achieve the target set by company of at least 80% and for making customers feel welcome and supported through the car purchasing process. Moreover, maintaining high morals among staff and good cooperation within the after-sales service department. Job Descriptions 1. To meet or exceed the individual MMONTHLY/YEARLY SALES TARGET set by the company.  Monthly target : 12 units  Yearly target : 120 units 2. Drive sales team to achieve monthly and yearly target. 3. Provide new strategy to Line Manager. 4. Build team spirit. 5. Report the weekly/monthly sales results to Line Manager.  Weekly report : This week result, next week delivery plan & sales activities, up-date hot deal customer & quotation.  Monthly report : This month result, next monthly delivery plan & sales activities, up-date pending hot deal customer & quotation and win & lose customer to the Line Manager. 7. Report market situation and competitor activities to the Line Manager in the meeting. 8. Build good relationships with existing customers for long business and referrals. 9. Build up good brand image of the Mitsubishi in the market. 10. Supervise sales consultants, assistants, couching and training. 11. Resolving any issues that may arise during the process of completing a sale. 12. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
