Job Purpose/Summary 1. To serve customers with courtesy to ensure excellence customer satisfaction; 2. To handle students enrollment to ensure effectively student records and payment systems; 3. To provide other office supports to ensure effective and efficient secretarial and clerical services for operations. Job Scope/ Decision Making Authorities The receptionist shall serve customers with courtesy, control student enrolment and record, income report, school inventory and other office supports to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of reception operations within its campus of Paññāsāstra International School. Principle Accountabilities 1. Customer care - To welcome visitors and respond to telephone and email enquiries in a helpful and constructive manner to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner; - To handle with customer complains to ensure appropriate actions are taken in courtesy. 2. Student enrollment - To register students and issue official receipt for all payment which has been made at school or bank more effectively. 3. Student attendant - To communicate with parents all aspects of school activities, receive and pass on information to student’s parents to ascertain reasons for absence. 4. Student statistics report - To maintain and update student information to ensure effective records and databases. 5. Income report - To prepare daily income report and cash count at the end of operations to ensure accurately records. 6. School inventory controlling - To count daily stock in and out to ensure accurately records. 7. Canteen payment report - To prepare monthly payment report with accuracy and timely. 8. Office support - To provide effective and efficient secretarial and clerical services for the teachers to smoothly support operations; - To maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence with good manner. 9. To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Key Success Factors 1) Increase customer satisfaction; 2) Reduce customer complains; 3) Accurately and timely student statistics report; 4) Accurately and timely income report; 5) Accurately and timely stock in and out report 6) Well organized office support activities Minimum Requirements 1) Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; 2) At least 01 years in customer services with education institutions; 3) Good negotiation and influencing skills; 4) Good communication and interpersonal skills; 5) Good command in English of both spoken and written; 6) Working knowledge of customer services and office support; 7) Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and 8) Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure; 9) Demonstration of good leadership/teamwork spirits; 10) Strong commitment to diversity; Working Hour: Mon-Fri 7:00 to 11:30 (Morning) 12:30-5:30 (Afternoon), Sat 7:00-11:30 ទីតាំង ៖ សាខាទួលទំពូង និង ឬស្សីកែវ
