Job Responsibility:
- See the cases and then processing the documents to make sure that all the documents are correct, authorize from authority to make fully complete.
- Review the CBC record of the customer to check about loan histories (normal loan, paid late loan or write off).
- Contact to the customer, family and phone reference with human resource or customer’s workplace to make sure that the customer is really working in that company.
- Make conclusion to suggest approving or rejecting or need to add a guarantor to support this loan and then key in customer information into the system after processing with the customer.
- Write the credit opinions or credit comments to approve or reject this application with reasonable.
- Review the case before submitting to direct supervisor or department manager.
- Other duties are assigned by Management.
