Job Responsibilities Serving client requests for the timely and proper issuance of transaction certifications will be your duty as a junior transaction certificate reviewer. You are accurate, devoted to integrity, goal driven, and service oriented. Then, you are on our radar! You will be a part of our global network. • Document verification and review • Getting Transaction Certificates Ready (TCs) • Assist customers in coordinating the receipt of accurate and complete paperwork needed to process TCs. • Coordinating internally within the team and externally with clients preserving positive relationships with the clients • Responsibilities assigned by the manager (Program Manager/Certifier) • Preserving traceability while keeping records and storing files • Preserving current files in accordance with protocols Job Requirements • Graduate student in any discipline • Freshmen may apply; a minimum of one year of experience in the service industry would be preferred. • It would be beneficial to have practical expertise with document evaluation, customer service, and client coordination. • Average proficiency with the English language, both speaking and writing • Quick learner with strong people abilities • Competence with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook) and the system/applications
