Anti Social Hours Co LTD operates several popular food brands in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. These include Garage Sale (restaurant and delivery), Brit-ish (delivery), Taiwanese XXL Chicken (delivery), and Donuts & Disco (delivery). Our kitchen offers a unique blend of comforting favorites, catering to a diverse and loyal customer base.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation. This role is essential for ensuring consistent quality across our dishes, working in close collaboration with the kitchen staff and head chef. This position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines consistently.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing kitchen stock levels and notify management of inventory needs.
• Support the head chef in maintaining the quality of all menu items.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment (previous line cook experience is preferred).
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality food.
• Basic proficiency in English and Khmer is a plus.
Benefits:
• $275 per month salary, with negotiability for the right candidate.
• 6 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
• 18 days of paid leave annually.
• Public holidays off for Pchum Ben & Khmer New Year.
