Job description: - Effectively implement regional development strategies in accordance with the company's policies - Regularly monitor and grasp the region, thereby developing a development plan in line with the goals to achieve the set sales - Develop new products as well as key products at hospitals and clinics - Analyze the market, competitors - Make a regional development plan, targeting potential customers - Update, report, classify customers for management - Provide product messages (Key messages) through support tools (Visual Aids) - Build trust and relationships with customers based on compliance with the Alleviare Code of Conduct - Expand and seek new customers - Ensure full and timely submission of reports - Participate fully in full training sessions on product knowledge, sales skills Requirements: - Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the position in sales, especially in private clinics - Have a secondary/college degree in pharmacy Regulations: - Basic salary + bonus - Annual salary increase consideration - Participate in social insurance - Participate in annual travel, along with holiday activities organized by the Company - Participate in training and coaching - Foreign working environment
