Position Overview: We are a Payment Service Provider specializing in high-risk sectors, and we are looking to expand our team with an exciting opening for a Sales Consultant. As part of our dynamic start-up, you will be responsible for selling online payments to companies around the world. Working Hours: This position requires flexibility, as the working hours are a mix of local and EU time zones to accommodate our global client base. Key Responsibilities: The Sales Consultant’s responsibilities include: - Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through various channels, including referrals, trade shows, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with cold calling if required. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Conducting market research to identify potential target customers and stay updated on market trends. - Understand and communicate product features and benefits to potential customers, showing how our offerings meet their needs. - Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and company objectives. - Negotiating sales deals, with necessary approvals from senior management, to ensure favourable terms for both the company and clients. - Staying up-to-date with payment solutions, industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to provide accurate information to clients. - Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team. - Providing regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager. - Ensuring all activities comply with internal procedures, international standards, and regulatory requirements. - Supporting the development and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry and corporate standards. Requirements: - Location: Must be residing in Phnom Penh. - Experience in the payments industry is highly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment focused on payment products. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. - Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build customer confidence and overcome objections. - Familiarity with sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behaviour. - Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change. - Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
