KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Data entry, filing spreadsheet management. - Collect guard attendance from zone supervisor. - Keep track of guard attendance on a regular daily basis. - Assist manager prepare roster. - Attend meeting and concerts with operation department. - Assist in concert duty exact concerts depending on schedule. - Assist in maintaining file both hard and soft copy. - Support and collaborate with other colleagues whenever necessary or required. - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. REQUIREMENT - Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Business Administration or similar. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. - Good command of Khmer and English both verbal and writing. - Strong organization, time management, communication, team player. - Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
