1. Scope of work: Sales Supervisor supports Sales Manager and management team to oversee the whole operations of sales and marketing team to generate new sales to achieve the target and to solve problems with existing clients as well as to ensure smooth communications and customer services and care with both existing, new and potential clients. 2. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist in leading sale team to sell housing units of the affordable housing project as per terms and conditions set by the company • Assist in developing sales plan and taking charge of all sales activities for the Project including marketing actions to generate sales and achieve sales target • Manage client consultation, client relation management, reporting and solving complaints or any issues from existing clients until the handover of houses to the buyers. • Manage company and project’s Facebook pages • Continuously build up team capabilities to improve sales and customer services • Solve problems with clients including working with finance, operations and construction teams to find acceptable solutions for clients • Assist in overseeing smooth operations of sales office seven days per week (with proper rooster) including public holidays (except Khmer New Year and Phchum Ben holidays) • Document and store all clients’ data and project information properly to ensure accuracy, safety, and confidentiality • Implement and ensure proper and transparent sales Standard of Procedures (SOP) to prevent any issues with clients and government and uphold high professional work ethics and standard • Cooperate with the Project’s partners including banks to ensure smooth payment of clients • Handle SPA exchange with clients, customers’ requests and other sales-related documentation • Provide daily, weekly and monthly report on sales and clients communication • Other tasks will assign by Sales Manager and company management. 3. Qualification & Requirements: • A degree in Sales/Marketing or business management or other relevant fields • At least 3 years of professional sales working experience preferably in real estate sector • Good networks within property and real estate sector for sales and marketing is a plus • Be result-oriented with high commitment and strong sense of responsibilities • Be able to plan, lead and build team to achieve the targets • Have strong problems solving skills and be able to work under pressure • Be willing to take new challenges and learn new things • Be able to work overtime and weekends/public holidays on a rotating shift basis • Computer literacy in MS. Office • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and presentation skills 4. Working Days and Hours: – Monday to Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm (with rotated day-off) – Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm 5. Workplace This position is based at Sales office at the Project site on NR21, Koh Kor village, Sangkat Roka Khpus, Krong Takhmao, Kandal province. 6.
