***JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR SITE MANAGER • Liaising with clients, concerned authorities, sub-contractor(s) and teamwork for and reporting on progress to client and management team; • Supervising construction team, subcontractors to assure that the project goes smoothly and is complete on time; • Working with QS Team for estimating the materials for each phase of the project; • Conducting quality and safety inspections; • Checking and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports; • Leading and motivating the workforce; • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise; • Develop construction programs and work schedules, and coordinate daily tasks; • Track the progress and quality of construction work, and monitor built costs; • Communicate with clients, MEP engineers, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and other concerned parties; • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and understand relevant legislation and regulations; • Manage complex and diverse teams, and communicate a clear vision and strategy • Knowledge of construction management processes; • Monitor/tracking and reporting progress and other relevant matters regarding site activities; • Manage site team and Sub-Contractor(s) in daily activities; ***Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; • At least 8 years experience in general and 5 years experience in Basement work of High-Rise Building or Pumping Station is most preferable; • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – MS Office, Excel, CAD etc; • Be able to prepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedule and Report; • Very good English skills for verbal and written communication; • Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem-solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment; • Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels; Contact Via: Email: rea*******@tcm-cambodia.comClick To Sent Email Tel: 077753xxxClick To Call/069753xxxClick To Call/066753xxxClick To Call
