● Assist manager with external contractor for timely resolving of tier 2- 3 complaint units. ● Assist preparing monthly accessories & components quality inspection. ● Assist technical verification & testing for new product & suppliers. ● Reporting to the management on S&E progress and achievement. ● Assist product maintenance & repairing. ● Assist technical skill training & coaching for the field operation teams.
Requirements ● Solid experiences in ground service personals effectively ● Demonstrated experiences in complaint handling and drive the team to meet SLAs. ● Able to travel and work with field team for completing given assignment. ● Comfortable in working with start-up environment with minimal supervision. ● B.E (electrical) degree or similar education/ technical expertise is preferrable. ● Knowledge on Solar PV, ISO, CE & STE will be the added advantages. ● Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking. Benefits ● Basic salary 250$-300$ + Field Allowance + Travel expense for field working days. ● Performance base annual bonus & promotion ● Health & Accident Insurance ● Leaves according to Cambodia’s Labour Law ● Other benefits according company’s policy
