Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and document the daily status and activities of all vehicles within the fleet. • Research and compare quotations for repairs and maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions. • Conduct on-site inspections at garages to assess repair progress and update records accordingly. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date logbooks for each vehicle, detailing service history and relevant data. Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, including oil changes and inspections, to prevent operational interruptions. • Perform basic safety checks on vehicles prior to daily operations to ensure compliance. • Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation for each vehicle within the company’s systems for easy retrieval and audits. • Provide regular status reports and updates to managers and other key stakeholders regarding vehicle performance and issues. • Flexibly assist with other facility-related tasks as assigned by management, adapting to evolving needs. Knowledge and Experience Requirements: • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for efficient documentation and reporting. • A minimum of Bac II or an equivalent educational qualification. • At least two years of experience in vehicle administration or a related field, with proven ability to manage a fleet of 20 or more vehicles. • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
