Roles and responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategic plan
• Secure new clients and expand existing accounts, exceeding sales quotas
• Call/ follow up with potential leads
• Prepare business appointment
• Follow up and close deal with clients
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Communication
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in advertising industry
• Good account management and client relationship skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Khmer and English
Benefit:
• 18 annual leave days
• 5 sick leave days
• 7 special leave days
• Public holiday
• 90 days for maternity leave with 100% wage
• Compensation leave for OT
• 3% commission/referral for bringing lead and close deal
Office Hour:
• Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
• Saturday half day from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
