Job Brief /Responsibilities: Campaign Management: • Plan, develop, and execute brand activation campaigns to achieve marketing goals • Involves brainstorming creative ideas, creating a campaign timeline, and managing target. • Oversee the implementation of the campaign, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Analyze the results of the project and report to Head of Marketing. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of activation specialists or event staff. • Delegate tasks, provide coaching, and ensure the activation team meets deadlines. • Manage team performance and identify areas for improvement. Project Management: • Manage multiple activation projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track. • Develop project plans, timelines, and set the activation target • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to secure campaign participation and brand promotion within their outlets. • Analyze campaign results and generate reports, identifying areas for improvement and future success. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for brand engagement within the legal framework. • Leveraging and working closely with Head of Marketing to drive and support customer engagement while at the same time educating and influencing the activation team, Horeca outlet’s owner, to adopt new ways of engaging and interacting. • Build a strong relationship and maintain it with key customers (Horeca Outlet’s Owner) to understand needs and create trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, generate branding & POP materials that deliver on customized value propositions • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure effective execution of trade marketing & activation plans. • Working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to optimize execution of omni-channel campaigns. Qualifications/Requirement Skill: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in activation or a similar marketing role. • FMCG Background is priority to fit the position. • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of project management principles with excellent organizational and planning skills. • fluency in English (both written and spoken), other language is a PLUS and priority.
