Communication Management
• Support on managing internal and external communication including press releases, media
relations..etc
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and delivered on
time
• Ensures that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
• Prepare and manage distribution of the publication marketing materials.
• Build partnerships with other companies, or affiliates to expand the brand’s reach.
Branding and Marketing
• Responsible for product-specific promotions and new products include membership cards,
merchandizes, packaging, soft serve, beverages, other products
• Collaborates with sales and other teams to create targeted promotions for new product
launches or sales campaigns
• Oversees cross-promotions, co-branded campaigns, and affiliate programs
• Create marketing campaigns and work with corporate partners (media companies) to
maximize brand awareness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and protect the organization’s brand identity.
• Coordinate in the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline
channels.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, leaflet, banners, poster placement, flyers,
and social media posts.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
• Support on conducting market analysis, surveys, and studies to understand consumer
preferences and market trends.
• Provides insights for marketing strategies and product development if needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related filed.
• Minimum 1 or 2 year of working experience in communication, branding, marketing role
• Knowledgeable of marketing techniques and concepts
• Good communication and negotiation
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to design and use analytic program such as marketing sight, data cracker, etc.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office and Marketing software / tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
