Branch Maintenance Officer
- Inspect, maintain and repair Branch and ATM booth logo and electrical system during night time and weekend to ensure the signage, ABA Branding, Cleanness and Illumination with Good image.
- Responds to emergency situation for Head Office, Branches and ATM Booth during night time, weekend or holiday for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Provide the emergency support during non-working hour on Generator, ATS system.
- Maintain the inspection, repair, or replacement of pumps and electrical system.
- Maintain the installation, repair and maintenance of building roofs; responds to service requests from ABA branches to secure banking operation.
- Maintain the maintenance and minor repairs to heating, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Maintain the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical distribution systems including electric motors, electric controls, fire alarms, and clock systems.
- Maintain the repair and maintenance of lockable hardware such as doors, automatic electric doors, windows, lockers and magnetic keying systems to ensure safety of facilities; maintains records on keys made and issued and lock replacements.
- Transports a variety of tools, equipment and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
