Installation technician 1. Technical Skills: Expertise in installing new FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) connections for customers Proficiency in restoring FTTH cable issues Skilled in fiber optic splicing Ability to troubleshoot and fix fiber optic cable problems Knowledge of OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer) operation and result analysis Familiarity with installing and working on splitter/PON (Passive Optical Network) systems 2. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure Capacity to handle assigned tasks at any time 3. Operational Capabilities: Willingness and ability to work in shifts Willingness and ability to travel 4. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac II or higher) 5. Certifications and Licenses: Preferred: Driving license 6. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English communication at a medium level 7. Teamwork and Reporting: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Effective reporting to management
