We are looking for a potential Front Desk Staff to join our team. As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with information and assistance during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Verify guest reservations and handle payment transactions.
- Provide guests with information about the hostel, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information in the PMS (Property Management System).
- Assist with housekeeping coordination to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Promote a positive, friendly, and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Having related experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills( microsoft words, excel, power points)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- ability to speak English is a must
