Job Description:
• Manage and oversee daily marketing operations (Branding, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, and Events)
• Design and develop a marketing strategic plan, lead brand activation, lead advertising, and promote existing brands to increase brand awareness and visibility.
• Develop and implement branding activities to increase brand awareness, brand visibility, brand positioning, and sales volume.
• Oversee social media marketing strategy and digital marketing content
• Represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
• Plan and develop brand promotion to promote products and services to increase sales.
• Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Preparing budgets and approving budget expenditures in scope of marketing
• Supporting other tasks as directed by the management.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing
• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing and Branding from FMCG and Beverages
• Experience in Marketing includes Branding, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, and Events
• Good in leadership and communication skills
• Good in problem solving skills
