Position Overview:
As a Night Shift Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors during evening hours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and professional environment while managing administrative tasks. Your ability to perform multitasking efficiently and maintain a positive attitude will be essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
-Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
-Manage office communications, including emails and messages.
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
-Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
-Process transactions, take payments, and handle basic administrative tasks.
-Assist with office filing and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus.
-Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexible availability to work night shifts, including weekends if necessary.
