Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Chinese Teacher to inspire and educate our lower secondary school students in the Chinese language. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Chinese language instruction, a love for working with children, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities: -Plan and deliver age-appropriate Chinese lessons for primary school students. -Create a curriculum that aligns with school standards, ensuring progressive language development. -Foster a love for the Chinese language and culture by incorporating cultural elements into lessons. -Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. -Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to make learning Chinese fun -and interactive. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Chinese language learning across various subjects. -Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and resources. -Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected. -Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' performance and language development. -Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities as needed. Qualifications: Teaching certification or licence. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese. Strong passion for teaching and working with children. Excellent classroom management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Previous experience in teaching Chinese is preferred.
