Position Summary: We are looking for a French Teacher to inspire and educate our primary level students in the French language. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in French language instruction, a love for working with children, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities: -Plan and deliver age-appropriate French lessons for primary school students. -Develop a curriculum that aligns with school standards, ensuring progressive language development. -Foster a love for the French language and culture by incorporating cultural elements into lessons. -Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. -Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to make learning French fun and interactive. -Collaborate with colleagues to integrate French language learning across various subjects. -Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected. -Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' performance and language development. -Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities as needed. Qualifications: Teaching certification or licence. Fluent in both written and spoken French. Strong passion for teaching and working with children. Excellent classroom management skills. Strong differentiation skill in order to work with a mixed level class. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Previous experience in teaching French is preferred.
