Overview:
VICCI Beauty Bar is a leading beauty salon that provides exceptional services and products. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, and a knack for driving online sales.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via voice messaging and phone calls
Followup with customers on Messanger, Telegram and other social media to ensure the high conversion rate
Explain our service and product to the customers
Schedule of customer booking to Google Calendar
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotional campaigns and strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the salon’s products and services, as well as industry trends.
Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Has confidence in Sales and responsibility on jobs
Can work under pressure
Friendly, kindly, and has a good communication with team work.
Proven experience in online sales, telesale, or a related field at least 2 years
Strong understanding of online sales strategies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media, and sales management software.
