Join us in an entrepreneurial journey where your creativity and innovation are valued. We are currently seeking a dynamic Partner Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, building relationships with existing partners and ensuring smooth registration processes for our valued partners. Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall clientโs experience and contribute to the growth of SpaciaNet's digital hotel booking platform. Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and actively reach out to potential hotel owners to promote our platform and services. - Provide guidance and support to hotel owners in optimizing their listings, pricing strategies, and utilizing our tools and resources effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. - Other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications: - Fresh graduates or undergraduates in the relevant field are welcome. - Previous experience in partnership, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build good relationships with hotel owners and customers. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus. - Proficiency in using email, excel, and other project management tools.
