Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
1. Sales Focus:
o Lead the team with a strong emphasis on sales through consistent outreach (CALL, CALL, CALL!).
2. Training & Development:
o Assist in training and ongoing education for Customer Representatives (CRs).
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and share innovative ideas/resources.
3. Performance Management:
o Monitor daily team targets and uphold high customer care standards.
o Provide weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
o Supervise CRs, ensuring timely and efficient completion of assignments.
4. Team Support & Morale:
o Maintain team morale, creating a friendly yet competitive work environment.
o Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to address challenges and set personal goals.
5. Conflict Resolution:
o Manage conflicts within the team and identify potential sales issues, executing strategies to resolve them.
6. Lead Generation & Management:
o Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generating strategies.
o Oversee lead management and distribution among team members.
o Track lead progression through the sales process and implement steps to advance them.
7. Market Awareness:
o Stay informed about Forex market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
8. Client Relationships:
o Maintain strong connections with high-value clients, providing personalized assistance.
