Responsibility • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product design team members to plan promotional marketing campaign (digital and offline) • Plan and schedule for posting content marketing • Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization for marketing campaigns • Planning and controlling Digital Marketing budget and spending by allocating the budget to different channels • Manage all direct mail activity • working with the Analytical team to look at campaigns results, add feedback to drive insights and recommendations and communicate it clearly • Basic understanding of online marketing tools and usage • Cheerful character with can-do attitude and able to work under tight deadline and deliver results efficiently • Ability to analyze results and campaign tracking • Ability to communicate upwards and making sound recommendation • Review and provide feedback on artwork and graphic design materials used in digital advertising campaigns. They will ensure that these materials are visually appealing and aligned with the company's branding guidelines. • Be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from all of the company's digital channels (Facebook page, Website, Youtube, Telegram, Tiktok, Instagram, Snapchat), including social media, email marketing, and the website. They will use their expertise in data analysis to develop insights that inform future marketing efforts. • Report management about any issues or risks associated with implementing tasks. • Responsible for organizing and maintaining all digital marketing-related files and documents. They will ensure that all files are easily accessible and up-to-date Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in a related such as marketing, communications, or business. • Have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the tools and strategies used in this field such as Google Analytic. • Have experiences working with sales teams and cooperating with other departments to achieve marketing goals. • Have experiences working with digital advertising agencies are preferred, as they will be familiar with industry standards and best practices. • Be comfortable working with data and should have experience in analyzing data to inform marketing decisions. • Be able to work well with others and have strong interpersonal skills. They should also be friendly, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances. • Be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize work effectively. • Be patient, persistent, and able to motivate themselves to achieve goals. • Have strong time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and be able to manage their time efficiently.
