1. Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies across all business units to align with long-term business objectives. 2. Identify workforce trends and adapt strategies to meet organizational demands and enhance competitiveness. 3. Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit HR Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure cohesive HR practices and policies that enhance overall company performance. 4. Develop a performance management system that drives high performance and aligns with organizational goals and objectives. 5. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on strategic people-related matters, offering solutions to optimize organizational performance and employee engagement. 6. Direct the assessment of company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. 7. Lead the development and nurturing of a positive organizational culture that supports the company's values and promotes employee satisfaction and productivity. 8. Oversee the development, implementation, and compliance of HR policies and procedures across the organization. 9. Direct HR projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating with HR Managers in each business unit to ensure alignment with business needs and execution. Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Human Resources or other related fields, MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus • At least 10 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources • Proven experience in Management Level • Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law • Good understanding of business acumen • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
