We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Turkish or Spanish Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. Your primary focus will be on recruiting Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: -Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking. -Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization. Client Collaboration: -Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. -Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of recruitment efforts. Candidate Experience: -Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. -Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new hires. Market Research: -Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies. -Utilize data analysis to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Compliance and Documentation: -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities. -Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. REQUIREMENT -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment. -Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
