Company name: Woodalter Company Detailed : Supply Materials Decoration Responsibilities: • Ensure that the employees are getting the things that they need according to the company policies and market level. • Makes sure that the employer has a good employee that works hard and producing good quality work • Takes the lead in the personnel administration section keeping track of all the employees • In charge of salary scale, raising, compensation and benefits. • The Human Resource Supervisor often does performance appraisal • Prepare Payroll • Prepare, organize and participate to weekly and monthly meeting • Other tasks assign by management Requirement: • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or in related field is preferred. • At least 2 years working experience in Human Resource. • Knowledgeable in Cambodian labor law. • Proficiency with commonly used Ms. Office, power point, MS Word and excel. • Initiatives to propose any benefit program which can motivate employees. • Sound understanding of pay structure and benefit trend in the market. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Natural interpersonal and communication skills • Good at communication skills • Positive, high commitment, detail oriented, dynamic, able to work under high pressure with specific time line.
