Job Summary: Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from understanding staffing requirements to ensuring smooth employee onboarding. This position also oversees employee training and development programs, supporting the company's growth by attracting, hiring, and nurturing talent. Working closely with the Hiring Manager, he/she ensures the right people are brought into the organization and are given the tools they need to succeed.
